Born in Tondabayashi, Osaka.
After graduating from the Faculty of Psychology at Doshisha University, he built his career in business planning, marketing, and advertising at Fujitsu and Recruit. He served as COO of "Dream Gate," a startup incubation program under Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, before founding Nexgate Inc. (now Retribe Inc.) in 2007.

Sensing the coming rise of the blockchain and avatar markets, he spun out to found POCKET RD in 2017, building alliances with numerous major corporations. He is opening up the future of entertainment and marketing worldwide through cutting-edge AI-driven avatar technology and blockchain.

Selected for the "CES 2026 Japan Pavilion" exhibition in 2025. In 2024, POCKET RD was the only entertainment company to receive the Tokyo Venture Technology Encouragement Award. As a leading Japanese venture company, he has also been selected to exhibit at CES (USA) and VivaTech (France). In 2021 and 2022, the company was selected in consecutive years for the Nikkei/Nikkei Trendy feature "100 Companies Shaping Tomorrow's Markets," and it holds numerous patented technologies.

He offers "AVATARIUM Portable," a cutting-edge product leveraging avatar technology, which lets anyone easily become an avatar simply by standing in front of the device — enjoying experiences ranging from appearing alongside favorite idols and celebrities to exploring remote destinations or becoming a historical figure.

More recently, he has also obtained patents alongside the launch of "token marketing," which leverages blockchain technology. With solution capabilities built for the coming stablecoin era, he continues to lead the way through the dawning age of blockchain awareness.

Worked in management planning and administration at multiple venture companies.
In 2013, led domestic business planning at a company developing 3D businesses, driving cutting-edge business initiatives.
In 2017, foreseeing the worldwide acceleration of 3D-related business, she joined POCKET RD as a founding member on a plan she herself devised, taking on the role of business lead. Leveraging management expertise honed through administrative operations, she has been involved in developing Japan's first business of its kind on a global scale. In her current role since March 2023.

Worked as an image processing engineer at Panasonic Corporation.
Led cutting-edge 3D research, including elemental technology development for digital broadcast cameras.
Joined POCKET RD as Chief Technology Officer in October 2018, taking on his current role in February 2020. With deep expertise in image processing technology spanning a wide range of hardware and software, he works tirelessly day and night to open up the future of 3D.

From Okinawa Prefecture. After graduating from a junior college and working at a venture company, she joined Retribe Inc. in 2007, shortly after its founding.
She has worked consistently in administration, serving as head of administration and as a director with deep expertise in general affairs, labor management, and financial accounting.
She has overseen the administrative division since POCKET RD's founding in 2017, building a track record as the person responsible for supporting the company's management infrastructure, and was promoted to Director, CFO in 2024. She is also the mother of a daughter who is a "super planner" in her own right.

From Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Komazawa University, he attended a CG vocational school before joining a game company.
Joined Square (now Square Enix) in 1999, assigned to the CG department.
Directed numerous in-game and feature-length visual works, including titles in the "Final Fantasy" and "Dragon Quest" series.
In recent years he has also worked in game development, exploring the possibilities of real-time graphics and AI-driven interactive content.
Currently an Executive Officer of Square Enix Co., Ltd. and a Director of Square Enix AI & Arts Alchemy, Inc. In his current role since January 2022.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University, and holds an MBA from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Joined Tokio Marine & Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (as it was then known) after graduation, where he worked on the 401(k) investment trust business and overseas management. He went on to serve as an associate professor at Globis University Graduate School of Management, teaching accounting and finance. Engaged in M&A, corporate planning, and business development at Dentsu Inc. Joined Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2021. Currently Head of Group Financial Strategy at the company and Executive Officer of Square Enix Co., Ltd. (overseeing corporate planning). In his current role since July 2023.

From Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Graduated from the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Commerce at Chuo University. After roles at Tokyu Livable, Inc., avex Inc., Bell System24, Inc., Yamashin-Filter Corp., and Axis Consulting Inc., he gained broad experience leading accounting and finance, corporate planning, internal controls, internal audit, and IPO readiness. Appointed Standing Audit & Supervisory Board Member of the company in January 2024. Having been through several IPOs, his motto is to build corporate governance structures that balance offense and defense, and that lead to and contribute toward increasing corporate value.

Born in Kobe in 1962. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University before joining NEC Corporation, where he gained experience in finance, international finance, accounting, overseas auditing, and an overseas posting at a financial subsidiary in New York. Joined Macromill, Inc. in 2008, becoming Senior Executive Officer and CFO, where he contributed to increasing corporate value through domestic and international M&A and fundraising. He later acquired and spun off Macromill Asset Management, Inc. (now MAM, Inc.), an investment management subsidiary he had established, through an MBO, and has since been involved in investing in and advising IT startups. Currently also serves as an outside director of Asmarq Co., Ltd. and an audit & supervisory board member of Adaptive Inc. Joined the company in January 2024, serving in his current role since then.

Graduated from the Faculty of Management and Information Sciences at Tama University.
Passed the second stage of the Certified Public Accountant exam in 2001 and joined Shin Nihon Audit Corporation (now Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC), where he was primarily engaged in auditing domestic operating companies.
Moved to an accounting firm in 2007, where he handled M&A and internal control consulting work.
From 2011, served as head of accounting at general operating companies, including listed companies, before going independent in 2021, where he has supported numerous IPOs and internal control initiatives.

Born in Toyama Prefecture. Graduated from the Faculty of Education at the University of Tokyo in 1987 and joined Mitsui Life Insurance Company (now Taiju Life Insurance Company). Passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 1989 and joined Actus Audit Corporation (now Taiyo LLC). Joined Square Co., Ltd. (now Square Enix Co., Ltd.) in 1998, going on to serve as General Manager of Finance and Accounting and as an executive officer overseeing finance and accounting. Became Director of Finance and Accounting at Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2008, then Executive Senior Managing Director in 2013, before being appointed President and Representative Director of Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. in June 2013. He went on to lead the group's management, stepping down as President and Representative Director in June 2023. Appointed Executive Advisor in October 2023.

Joined Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. in 1981 after graduating from university. Spent roughly 30 years in electronics-related business divisions, including a posting in Europe, before spending five years as head of sales for the semiconductor materials division. He then moved to the head office's corporate planning division, where he spent seven years involved in M&A, business alliances, and corporate vision development, before being appointed the founding head of a newly established startup investment & business co-creation division. He led investments in seven startups and LP investments in two VC funds.
After going independent, he has served as an executive advisor, also engaged in business development support.

Born in Senegal and raised in West Africa as a child. After graduating from Colgate University, he earned an MBA at INSEAD. Spent seven years as a director at VIZ Media, the overseas rights subsidiary of Shogakukan and Shueisha based in San Francisco, and served five years as President and Representative Director of VIZ Media Europe. Founded One Bridge in January 2012, a Tokyo-based consulting firm handling import/export, production, and capital alliances, supporting companies from various countries and industries — including advertising, licensing, food, technology, retail, and apparel — in entering the Japanese market. With 20 years of management experience at leading Japanese production companies and media groups, he has deep knowledge of the entertainment and distribution industries. In his current role since November 2017, and concurrently serving as CEO of Crunchyroll's European entity since December 2019.

Belonged to the Septeni Group until 2017, building a broad career from sales through planning and production. Nominated for Creator of the Year in 2011. From 2017, gained experience in app game publishing and marketing at the Mobcast Group. Drawing on digital marketing know-how, he has delivered initiatives in events and fan marketing that move each customer individually. He went on to serve as business lead and head of sales at an IT company. Joined POCKET RD in 2022 and was appointed CMO in 2025.

Born in Kyoto Prefecture in 1979. Completed graduate studies at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University.
Helped establish the business development office at Recruit Co., Ltd., releasing the internet phone directory service "Dokoiku?" and "Sugoi Chizu" (Amazing Map, winner of the 2007 Good Design Award). A founding member of Recruit Incubation Partners, he went on to co-found Blogwatcher, Inc. with Tokyo Institute of Technology. After serving as a committee secretary for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Information Grand Voyage Project, a working group member for the Agency for Cultural Affairs on copyright reform, and a committee secretary for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' next-generation personal data utilization consortium, he was appointed Director of the Media Technology Lab. He went on to found Omelette Inc., a consulting firm specializing in business development, and has deep expertise in new business development and web services. Joined the company in January 2019, serving in his current role since January 2022.
